Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
